    Description

    This is a crude early free blown or dip mold blown wine bottle that we dug from a Civil War era privy pit with mostly pontiled bottles.........it has no embossing....hand blown with no mold seams....deep pushed up sunken "kick up" bottom....sharp sheared lip with crude drippy applied ring.....olive green....11 1/2"tall large  size....Excellent condition with only a small shallow natural flake on neck partially under the applied ring. A small open seed bubble. no other damage. Some light inside haze. A nice looking crude Civil War period or earlier wine bottle that has a crude natural lean to one side....
