Description

For your consideration is a Vintage Davis Instrument Manufacturing Company Coal Mine Anemometer.
It looks very nice, but I have no idea what this instrument does - so it is untested.
It spins freely, but the dial doesn't move when I spin the little windmill (is it suppose to?).
The little lever, that I believe is the on and off switch, will not go all the way to the right.
If you receive your purchase, and it was damaged in shipment, or described incorrectly, just contact me.
